                Page...
  Click on the         button in the CDA Viewer window to a
  specific page in the displayed file.

  When the Go To Page pop-up appears, type a page number
  in the Go To Page entry box and click on the OK button (or
  press Return).

  Click on the Cancel button to cancel the Go To Page pop-up.
