Using Online Help

  Bookreader provides help that you can access in the following
  ways:

  *   Choosing an item from the Help menu.  Double click on
      any of the items in the list for more information.

      -   Context-Sensitive Help

      -   Overview

      -   Contents

      -   Index
      -   Keyboard

      -   Using Help

      -   Product Information

  *   Clicking on the Help button in a dialog box

  Help topics appear in a help Topic window.  If a topic is longer
  than the help window, use the scroll bars or resize the help
  window to display the rest of the topic.
