2.  Using Menus, Controls, and Dialog  Boxes

  Bookreader's  Library  ,Navigation   , and Topic   windows
  contain the following pull-down menus:

      File
      Edit (Topic window only)
      Link (not available on all platforms)

      View
      Search
      Help

  In addition to the pull-down menus, the Topic window con-
  tains the following push buttons    :  Close, Go Back, Topic,
  Screen.

  Bookreader also contains   pop-up menus       that duplicate
  some of the menu items available on the pull-down menus.
