Moving Within and Outside the Day View

  You can move forward or backward in the Day view.  The
  vertical scroll bar allows you to scroll through a full 24-
  hour range.  Alternatively, you can use the Tab key to move
  forward and backward, and within the month displays you
  can use the arrow keys.

  You can move to the previous day or the next day by clicking
  on the appropriate arrow at the bottom of the Day view.

  You can double click on one of the two month names or the
  year number within the Day view to display the Month or
  Year view, respectively.

  You can also select a month or year and choose the Selected
  menu item from the View menu to display a Month or Year
  view, respectively.
