Entry Editor and Day Note Editor Edit Menu

  The menu items on the Entry Editor and Day Note Editor's
  Edit menu look the same as those in the main window's Edit
  menu, but in the Entry Editor or Day Note Editor, the menu
  items affect only the text in the text entry box, not the whole
  entry.
