Month View Scroll Bar

  The scroll bar moves the displayed month up and down
  through the current year.

  If you try to scroll up when the slider is at the top, December
  of the previous year is displayed (the slider jumps to the
  bottom of the scroll bar).

  Conversely, if you try to scroll down when the slider is at
  the bottom, January of the next year is displayed (the slider
  jumps to the top of the scroll bar).
