Creating and Editing Long or Complex Entries Use the Edit... menu item from the Entry menu (Entry Editor dialog box) to create or modify entries that contain more information than can fit in the timeslot. To create a new entry: 1. Click on the timeslot to display the Entry Editor dialog box. 2. Choose Edit... from the Entry menu. By entering text in the Entry Editor's text window, you can create or modify as large an entry as you like. 3. When you have finished typing the text for the timeslot, click on OK. The editor disappears, and your entry appears in the text area next to the timeslot. To edit an existing entry: 1. Double click on the entry handle to display the Entry Editor dialog box. The existing text appears in the dialog box window. 2. After you make your changes, click on OK. The editor disappears, and your entry appears in the text area next to the timeslot. (Clicking on the timeslot creates a new entry that overlaps the old one.)
