Rename...

  The Rename...  menu item in the card window lets you
  change the name of a topic for an index card.

  To change the name of a topic:

  1.  Display the card you want to rename.

  2.  Choose Rename...  from the Card menu.  A dialog box
      appears, which contains the existing topic name of the
      card.

  3.  Click MB1 on the existing name.  The topic is highlighted.

  4.  Type the new topic.  The existing topic name disappears
      when you begin typing the new topic name.

  5.  Click on OK.
