Output

  Press MB1 on the Output options menu and drag it to the
  menu item, Headphones or Speaker, and release MB1.  This
  determines where the sound file is played when the alarm
  goes off.

  Click on OK to use your settings, or click on Cancel to cancel
  your changes.
