Making and Playing a Recording

  The main function of the DECsound application is to allow
  you to record and play back audio messages.  In this lesson,
  you will record a message, play it back, and save it in a file.

                                Note

      Before you begin, ensure that the microphone or
      headset is connected to the workstation.
