Deleting the Current Message

  Choose Delete from the Message pop-up menu to delete the
  message on which MB3 is positioned.

  The index indicates that the message has been marked
  for deletion, but it is not actually deleted until the folder is
  closed.  You can reverse the delete operation with the Undo
  Move/Delete menu item.
