Create Folder Dialog Box

  The Create Folder dialog box lets you enter the name of the
  folder to be created.

  Folder names are limited to 39 characters.  They must begin
  with a letter or number, and can contain letters, numbers,
  underscores, hyphens, dollar signs, spaces, and periods.

  Click on the OK button to create the folder, or click on the
  Cancel button if you decide not to create the folder.
