Using a Create-Send Window You use a Create-Send window to create and send a mail message. A Create-Send window is divided into an envelope area and a message area. To enter text, click on a text entry box. Press the Tab key to move to the next entry box. In the message area, you enter the text of the message. To send the message, click on the Send button. A message box will inform you of the progress of the send operation. To close the window, click on the Close button. This deletes all text in the window and closes the window.
