Including a File in a Message Choose Include File... from the Create-Send window's File menu to insert an existing file into the message you are creating. If it is a text file you can edit it. If the file does not contain text, such as a DDIF file, you cannot edit the file in Mail or add any other text to the message. To include a nontext file in a message, use File (no editor)... To include a file in a message: 1. Choose Include File... from the Create-Send window's File menu. Mail displays a dialog box. 2. Type the name of the file you want to include in the Selection entry box and click on OK. The contents of the file are displayed in the Create-Send window. You can edit the file. 3. Enter the address information and edit the file if desired. 4. Click on the Send button to send the message.
