Moving the Cursor to a Specified Line There are two ways to move the cursor to the beginning of a specified line. - Choose Go to Selected Line Number to move the cursor to the beginning of a specific line if you have selected that line number in one of the windows on your screen. For example, the line number might appear in a compiler error message displayed in a DECterm window. - Choose Go to Line... from the Navigate menu. A dialog box appears. Enter the line number. Click on the OK button or press the Return key. The cursor moves to the beginning of the specified line.
