Using the Scale Dialog Box

  When you choose Scale...  from the Edit menu, the Scale
  dialog box appears.

  To scale an image:

  1.  On the canvas, select an image.

  2.  In the Scale dialog box, click on one of the percent check
      buttons to change the scale for both the x scale and the y
      scale.
      If you want to specify your own percentages, enter a
      number less than 100 to shrink the figure or a number
      greater than 100 to expand the figure.

  3.  Click on OK.

  To reverse the process and return to the original picture,
  choose Undo Scale from the Edit menu.

  To scale the entire canvas, choose Scale Picture...  from the
  Edit menu.  You cannot undo this operation.
