Output Format Settings The Output Format settings are for the following file types: - PostScript - Sixel - DDIF (DIGITAL Data Interchange Format) By default, DECwindows captures a screen snapshot in a file formatted for PostScript printers. To change the output format, press and hold MB1 on the currently displayed option (PostScript, Sixel, or DDIF), drag MB1 to select the desired output format, and release MB1. To capture a screen snapshot that you can view in a DECterm window (using the DCL command TYPE): 1. Choose File from the Send to options menu. 2. Choose Sixel from the Output Format options menu. 3. Choose Sixel Options... from the Options pull-down menu. A dialog box appears. 4. Click on the radio button called VT or DECterm. 5. Click on OK. 6. Choose Print from the File pull-down menu.
