  SYI$_GALAXY_PLATFORM returns 1 if you are running
  on a Galaxy platform, 0 if not.

  SYI$_GALAXY_MEMBER returns 1 if you are a member of

  SYI$_GALAXY_ID returns the 128-bit Galaxy ID.
