  Using Copy Selection

You can use Copy Selection to move data directly from the
Topic window to another window that also supports Copy
Selection, such as a DECterm window. When you use Copy
Selection, data does not go to the clipboard, but directly to the
  destination you specify.

To use Copy Selection, follow these steps:

  1. Select the information you want to copy by dragging MB1
over the text. Bookreader highlights the text.

  2. Move your pointer to the window where you want to
paste the information. The window must also support

Copy Selection or the copy will not work.

  3. Click MB2.

Alternatively, you can use the following method to use Copy
  Selection:

  1. Click on the window into which you want to copy infor-
mation. This gives the window input focus.

  2. In the Bookreader window, drag MB2 over the text you
want to copy, then release it. The text is copied into the
      window with input focus.
