This field indicates whether or not the group commit buffer
    "cache shuffle" mechanism is disabled. The default value "0"
    indicates that the cache shuffle mechanism is enabled, and the
    value "1" indicates that the cache shuffle mechanism is disabled.
    You can override the default value with the RDM$BIND_AIJ_SHUFFLE_
    DISABLED logical name.
