Syntax options:

    ACCOUNT LOCK | ACCOUNT UNLOCK

    The ACCOUNT LOCK clause disables access to the database by the
    user for whom the ALTER USER statement is being applied. The
    ACCOUNT UNLOCK clause allows the user access to the database.
