You can find the release notes for the defragmentation software
    in SYS$HELP:DFGvvu.RELEASE_NOTES, where vv is the major version
    number, and u is the update number.

    To list all the DEFRAGMENT release notes available, type:

            $ DIRECTORY SYS$HELP:DFG*.RELEASE_NOTES.
