/AFTER=time
       /NOAFTER (default)

          The /AFTER qualifier does not delete the script
          until after the specified time. Specify time as a
          VMS absolute time or combination absolute and delta
          time. Refer to the VMS DCL Concepts Manual for more
          information on how to specify time.
