This qualifier allows you to determine whether RDML will
    communicate between separate modules with program sections or
    global symbols by specifying either program section or global
    symbol linkage methods.

    Format:

            /LINKAGE=PROGRAM_SECTIONS  (Default)
            /LINKAGE=GLOBAL_SYMBOLS
