 Description    In Microsoft mode, the compiler used to accept a type
                qualifier after a comma used for separating
                declarators.  Because Microsoft no longer accepts
                this type of declaration, HP C will no longer accept
                it.  The type qualifier is ignored.

 User Action    Remove the type qualifier.
