                C++.  <compiler__declare_tent_redef1>.

 Description    C will allow a tentative definition to be redefined
                later in the compilation unit.  C++ does not have the
                concept of a tentative definition.  Therefore this
                redefinition is invalid in C++.

 User Action    Either remove the previous tentative definition, or
                modify it to match the later redefinition.
