LSE$HELP.HLB  —  NEW_PLACEHOLDER
  Syntax:  NEW PLACEHOLDER placeholder_name placeholder_type
              defined_language

  Creates a placeholder for use with the specified language.

  This command creates and establishes the characteristics of a
  placeholder for use with a particular language.  LSE prompts you to
  specify a placeholder name and placeholder type.  If you do not
  specify a language name, LSE uses the currently defined language.
  These language and placeholder names become the defaults for
  subsequent SET PLACEHOLDER commands.
