DMU is the Dictionary Management Utility.  You use DMU to create and
  manage the hierarchy of a DMU dictionary.  For more information about
  DMU dictionaries, type:

  $ RUN SYS$SYSTEM:DMU

  At the DMU> prompt, type HELP.
