/TIME_LIMIT=nnn

   Using this qualifier causes the NEXT hot-key sequence to
   be simulated when the specified time duration expires.

   The "nnn" time value is specified in seconds.

   The default value is taken from the logical WATCHER$TIME_LIMIT.
