Encrypt=({Value=|Name=}[,Algorithm=])

    Specify a key value as a string or, the name of a predefined
    key. If no algorithm name is specified the default is DESCBC.

    This feature requires the OpenVMS Encrypt product to be installed
    and licensed on this system.
