  primary   (first)   segment   from   a  segmented  string.   See
  accompanying messages for the segmented string  context  at  the
  time of the error.

  User Action:  Try correcting the  error  with  the  RMU  Restore
  command  or  the  SQL  IMPORT statement.  Follow-up with another
  verification of the database.
