The Disk File Optimizer for OpenVMS V3.3 software reduces
    file fragmentation on a device while that device remains on line
    to users.

    This software is compatible with any Files-11 structure levels 2
    and 5 (ODS-2, ODS-5) formatted volume including single volumes,
    bound volume sets, stripe sets, and shadow sets.
