  Explanation:   The  after-image  journal  file  (AIJ)  does  not
  contain  an  OPEN  record  in  its  first block, and will not be
  usable to roll forward your database.

  User Action:  Execute an RMU BACKUP operation on  your  database
  and reinitialize a journal file.
