  Explanation:  While validating the prologue page of an area,  it
  was discovered that it contained a bad identifier.

  User Action:  This problem may be corrected, using  RMU  RESTORE
  or  SQL  IMPORT.  If journaling is enabled, you may restore just
  the affected area and recover it.
