    Defines a parameter within a package.

    Format

      DEFINE PARAMETER   param-name

1 – Qualifier

1.1 /PACKAGE

       /PACKAGE=package-name

    Specifies the name of the package with which the parameter is
    associated. You must specify this qualifier.

2 – Parameter

 param-name
    Specifies the name of the parameter. This name must be unique
    among the tokens of any language from which the package is used.
