Syntax:  CLI cli_command

  Executes a Command Language Interpreter (CLI) command from within
  your editing session.

  LSE spawns a subprocess for the CLI command you specify and creates a
  buffer named $CLI to contain the output from the command.  If you do
  not specify a command, LSE prompts for one.  The command is executed
  in your current command-line interpreter; this is usually DCL for
  OpenVMS users.
