   Marks the end of a block that starts with a CREATE_SEGMENTED_
   STRING statement or a START_SEGMENTED_STRING statement.

   The handle given to the segmented string in the CREATE_SEGMENTED_
   STRING or START_SEGMENTED_STRING statement.
