You can use the HELP statement without invoking a database,
so you do not need any special Oracle Rdb privileges to use the
statement.
When you type HELP:
o A menu of topics on which assistance is available replaces the
RDO> prompt.
o After the menu scrolls by, the cursor remains at a "Topic?"
prompt. Typing any of the menu items yields assistance on that
topic. Many of the topics have further levels of assistance,
indicated by a "Subtopic?" prompt.
o To move back to the next higher level, press the carriage
return key. For example, pressing RETURN at the "Subtopic?"
prompt brings you to the "Topic?" prompt, and pressing RETURN
again returns you to the RDO> prompt.
o To see the list of additional topics at any level, type a
question mark (?) and press RETURN.
o To leave HELP, hold down the CTRL key and press the Z key at
the same time, or press RETURN at the "Topic?" prompt.
