  code.  The OpenVMS online files SYS$HELP:SQL$MSG.DOC and
  SYS$HELP:COSI_MSG.DOC contain the same text.  Print those files if
  you need hardcopy SQL message documentation.

  how to use this file and files documenting related error messages
  with other facility codes.
