The M key may be used to  insert  VAX  DATATRIEVE's  MODIFY  privilege
 (DTR_MODIFY) into the current privilege mask.

 DTR_MODIFY privilege will be cleared from the other privilege masks in
 the current ACL entry.

 DTR_MODIFY privilege is required to ready a VAX DATATRIEVE domain  for
 modify access.
