The W key may be used  to  insert  VAX  DATATRIEVE's  WRITE  privilege
 (DTR_WRITE) into the current privilege mask.

 DTR_WRITE privilege will be cleared from the other privilege masks  in
 the current ACL entry.

 DTR_WRITE privilege is required to ready a VAX DATATRIEVE  domain  for
 write access.
