ACL.HLB  —  KEYPAD  VT52  GOLD_8
The FIND key (8) is used to initiate string searches.

FIND prompts for a string. The cursor is set to the first field that
 contains that string.

The search string prompt is terminated by striking any keypad key. If
the ADVANCE key is struck, the search direction is forward. If the
BACKUP key is struck, the search direction is backwards. The default
movement direction will also be set by either of these keys. If
neither of these keys is used to terminate the search string, the
default search direction is the same as the default movement
 direction.
