The R key may be  used  to  insert  VAX  DATATRIEVE's  READ  privilege
 (DTR_READ) into the current privilege mask.

 DTR_READ privilege will be cleared from the other privilege  masks  in
 the current ACL entry.

 DTR_READ privilege is required to ready a VAX  DATATRIEVE  domain  for
 read access.
