  Explanation:  You cannot try to display a pointer cluster  of  a
  b-tree  node  using  the  CLUSTER  clause.   B-tree nodes do not
  contain pointer clusters.

  User Action:  This is not a realistic RMU  ALTER  command.   Use
  DISPLAY LINE to see the b-tree node.
