  Explanation:  The DDCB you specified is not in  the  root  file.
  You  can see which DDCBs a root file has by issuing the DBO/DUMP
  command.

  User Action:  Add the DDCB to your root  file  (DBO/MODIFY),  or
  check your bind sequence and try again.
