To use the DELETE PATHNAME statement, you must have the Oracle Rdb
    DELETE privilege for the CDD dictionary database in which the
    data dictionary entity specified by the path name is stored.
    You must also have the Oracle Rdb READ privilege for the Oracle Rdb
    database that you have invoked by path name.
