This screen monitors the database transaction block (TSNBLK)
    locks. The TSNBLK locks are used to control the COMMIT and
    ROLLBACK operations on each VMScluster node. TSNBLK locks are
    also used to control SQL SET TRANSACTION statements for read-only
    transactions.
