This screen displays the statistics for the SEQBLK object. The
    SEQBLK object contains the information on the allocation of
    sequence numbers such as transaction sequence numbers (TSNs)
    and commit sequence numbers (CSNs).

    The SEQBLK object also serializes access to the TSNBLK locks.
