This screen displays statistics about why the SPAM page was
    accessed. You can identify excessive SPAM fetches by comparing
    the "record store fet" field to the "record store upd" and
    "record stored" fields.

    The SPAM Access screen is recorded in the binary output file
    produced using the Output qualifier. Consequently, this screen
    is available when you replay a binary file using the Input
    qualifier.
