Specifies that the field  consists  of  two  extended  range  128-bit
  floating  complex numbers, one for the real component and one for the
  imaginary.   CDDL  accepts  H_FLOATING_COMPLEX  as  a   synonym   for
  H_FLOATING COMPLEX.
